What You’ll Do:. . Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based and strengths-based approaches. . Conduct intake assessments, formulate diagnostic impressions, and collaborate with clients on treatment planning. . Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care. . Participate in clinical supervision (if needed), peer consultation, and continuing education to enhance your skills. . . Fully Licensed LPCC in the state of California (unlicensed or associate-level counselors not accepted at this time). . Proficient in working with a wide range of diagnoses and client populations. .
