This role will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities to accelerate growth in our hair accessories product line.. Responsibilities:. . . Sales Growth & Account Management: . Lead and manage relationships with Grocery, Pharmacy distributors, and Off-Price retailers, ensuring a seamless experience that drives both revenue and long-term partnerships. Proactively identify and seize new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.. . . Client Satisfaction & Retention: . Develop strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and increase repeat business.. . . Market Research & Trend Analysis: . Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting thorough research on consumer needs, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to enhance our product offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.. . . Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: . Collaborate with internal teams to gather input on product features, functionality, and technology requirements. Create and manage a strategic product roadmap that aligns with sales goals, ensuring a continuous flow of new and innovative products.. . . C1 English Level. . 4+ years’ experience in e-commerce sales, account management, or product management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. . Strong knowledge of the hair accessories market, including emerging trends and competitive landscape, . desirable but not essential.. . .
