Support . personal injury.  cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims.. . Conduct legal research on employment and personal injury laws, statutes, and case precedents.. . Draft and prepare legal documents such as demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, employment contracts, and settlement agreements.. . Organize and manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and compliance.. . Assist with . discovery processes. , including document review, deposition summaries, and evidence gathering for both employment and personal injury cases.. . Coordinate witness interviews, expert consultations, depositions, and trial preparation.. . Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to facilitate case progression.. . Assist in . litigation support. , including e-filing in state and federal courts.. . Education:.  Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.. . . Experience:.  Minimum of . 3+ years of experience in employment law. , and . personal injury experience. in . Texas.. . . Strong knowledge of federal and Texas. employment laws. , including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, and labor law regulations.. . Familiarity with . personal injury case processes. , including demand drafting, settlement negotiations, and litigation support.. . Proficiency in legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software.. . Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.. .
