Executive Assistant- Global Climate Impact Leader Keller Executive SearchWe are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with Chief of Staff capabilities to support a prominent global leader in climate action and social impact initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly-connected visionary who collaborates with world leaders, high-profile individuals, and influential organizations to drive positive planetary change.. Position Overview. As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive executive support to our Founder and CEO who leads multiple high-impact initiatives including climate action, international humanitarian efforts, and advocacy work. This position is fully remote (preferably West Coast-based for time zone alignment) with quarterly in-person meetings.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide proactive, professional executive support including meticulous calendar and email management. . Serve as first point of contact with high-profile stakeholders, exercising excellent judgment. . Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage logistics for international trips. . Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparation of agendas and briefing materials. . Create and review presentation materials for speaking engagements and board meetings. . Conduct research projects to support new initiatives and partnerships. . Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. . Handle administrative support including expenses and invoice processing. . Help build and maintain positive team culture across all initiatives. . Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or relevant related field. . Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or other high-demand executive or UHNW individuals. . . Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals and high-profile leaders. . Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail. . Highly organized with ability to anticipate needs and think multiple steps ahead. . Experience managing multiple time zones and complex global travel arrangements. . Ability to produce polished professional documents and presentations without errors. . Comfortable with flexible hours and responding to time-sensitive requests. . Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and make decisions independently. . Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. . Passion for climate action and social impact causes. . Work Environment. . Fully remote position (West Coast preferred for time zone alignment). . Quarterly in-person meetings with the CEO. .
