Partner with video editors, animators, motion designers, and producers to align AI capabilities with project and production needs.. . Collaborate with internal AI experts and external partners to drive consistent adoption across teams.. . Rethink how AI can be applied across the entire motion and video process—from pre-production to final delivery—bringing forward bold ideas and new efficiencies.. . Lead education and upskilling efforts, equipping teams to work confidently with emerging tools.. . Manage AI-related projects and workstreams, ensuring quality, speed, and delivery at scale.. . What you’ll need to succeed:. . . . . 10+ years of experience in motion graphics production, with strong technical expertise and leadership experience.. . Confident communicator and team mentor, able to explain technical concepts clearly to creative and customer-facing stakeholders.. .
