The Bestow Marketing team is highly visible, working across the company to champion the voice of our customers. We are responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining our customers. We develop and deliver customer communication, including our social media, website, and advertising. We believe data, advanced analytics, and good old-fashioned strategy are the key to marketing effectiveness.. . This role reports to our Sr. Director, Digital Marketing and is open to Remote (US). . #LI-Remote.. . ABOUT THE ROLE. . Bestow is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to contribute in the following ways:. . . Data-driven acquisition of financial services customers through hands-on performance marketing expertise. . Ownership of paid search, social, and programmatic accounts for multiple clients with both small and large budgets. . Advanced SQL / Python / R skillset for performing and automating actionable analyses. . Ability to establish, maintain and benefit client-facing relationships. . Deep knowledge of risk-basked marketing and ROAS/ROI optimization. . Knowledge of marketing technology tools and tactics. . Ability to work and own multiple programs and workstreams in a fast-paced & flexible environment. . . YOUR EXPERIENCE. . . 7+ years managing paid acquisition campaigns with hands-on search, social and programmatic media buying expertise. . Client-facing experience at an elite growth agency or a successful internal financial services role is preferred. . Successfully managed paid acquisition channels spending $1M+ budgets. . Developed multi-layered risk-based audience segmentation strategies. . Leveraged multiple attribution models to drive meaningful growth. . Strong SQL, Python R skills preferred. . Bachelor’s degree required. . . $90,000 – $110,000 a year. . Starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.. . TOTAL REWARDS. .
