Partnerships with affiliates and content creators have successfully supported the tremendous growth of SafetyWing since its first product launch in 2019.. . . Our influencer program (the ambassador program) was created in-house and designed according to our unique values of authenticity and simplicity. As a result, it has become the most strategic growth channel, accounting for more than 35% of sales.. You will manage a team of Partnership Managers while working closely with the General Manager and the Chief Revenue Officer to achieve your goals.. . . . . Your responsibilities will include. . . . . . Lead and grow a team of Partnership and Sponsorship Managers, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to meet the program’s expansion goals. Set clear performance standards and encourage ongoing learning and improvement.. . Create a solid plan to grow the ambassador program from over 1,100 to 2,000 active influencers by the end of 2024 using iterative improvements and funnel techniques.. . Continuously refine growth strategies to expand the ambassador network. Use a funnel approach to find and fix bottlenecks and increase overall efficiency and growth.. . Propose and test various scaling strategies to find the most effective ways to grow the ambassador program quickly.. . Ensure the affiliate marketing team achieves its goals through strategic guidance, detailed reporting, and proactive problem-solving.. . Work closely with key partners to improve relationships and unlock their growth potential.. . . . . . We are looking for someone who. . . . . . Has a proven track record and extensive experience in the partnerships field.. . Has a deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and partnership development, and is knowledgeable about current trends and strategies.. . Brings a successful history of managing and significantly expanding an affiliate or ambassador program, with a focus on innovative growth tactics and measurable outcomes.. . Can effectively motivate and guide a team of Partnership and Sponsorship Managers, building a culture focused on high performance, ongoing learning, and smart planning.. .
