The Trainer Coordinator role is a short-term internship with the opportunity to extend or advance to part-time or full-time employment. The Trainer Coordinator primarily assists the Director of People Experience with all aspects of the full-cycle trainer experience at Bundle. This includes selection, onboarding, on-going support, performance tracking, and contract renewals.. . More specifically, the Trainer Coordinator:. . . Contributes innovative ideas and solutions for enhancing the overall trainer experience.. . Develops new initiatives such as trainer alumni engagement.. . Assists with recruiting efforts.. . Conducts onboarding debrief sessions with trainers to activate their profile.. . Promotes a positive experience for trainers after hiring, through follow-up and on-going support.. . Continues to build the trainer community through weekly communication, quarterly socials, and the trainer recognition program. . Oversees the maintenance of accurate records of trainer information.. . Prepares monthly trainer reports and upon request.. . Maintains trainer toolbox with appropriate and up-to-date resources.. . Collaborates with Marketing for the monthly learner newsletter.. . Collaborates with Customer Success to ensure appropriate trainer support.. . Job shadows the Director of People Experience to learn about developing company culture and assists with special projects. . . Our ideal candidate will have:. . . Entrepreneurial spirit. .
