Seeking a talented Data Specialist to provide Data Support and Analysis for our Finance, RevOps, and Product Teams. To be successful as a Data Specialist at Teikametrics, you will need to be able to have a meticulous approach to collating, wrangling, understanding, and clearly conveying data.. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME. Gathering and interpreting requirements into actionable information based on the needs of cross-functional teams. Maintaining current and creating new spreadsheets as necessary . Verifying and extracting data from databases or systems . Analyzing data and formatting into actionable, insightful, information to be consumed company-wide  . Perform regular data integrity checks and quality audits to ensure a high level of data integrity. Creating and submitting reports as requested or necessary. Training team members on new processes, data definitions, or reports. Troubleshoot data collection and reporting errors. WHO YOU ARE. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data science, data analytics, computer science, or similar field . 2+ years experience as a data specialist . 1+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript. 1+ years of experience with Financial or Accounting concepts or modeling. Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple sources and formats. In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with end-user training and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Simultaneously be able to work independently and take direction as necessary.
