As the Market Manager of the West Market you will be responsible for delivering business results for the West Market. This critical Management position will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our platform in the US while ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery to our customers and Taskers.. You are data driven and are capable of evaluating your Market’s health metrics down to the neighborhood; translating that data into clear insights for your team; and working with the broader team and stakeholders to identify and execute actions that will drive revenue and profitability in a win/win fashion that drives long-term loyalty and retention for the Taskrabbit brand.  . What You'll Work On:. Accountable for growing the West Market, and the metros and submetros within. Success is increasing jobs, invoices, retention and - as a result - revenue.. Develop, run, and maintain local market analytics and dashboards evaluating key health metrics.. Intimately controlling and managing supply: the right Taskers in the right categories and locations at the right prices...all supported by each Tasker knowing what it takes to do the job right, every time.. Working cross-functionally and with your local market team through tasker success initiatives and implementation. Manage on-the-ground initiatives that optimize and improve local fulfillment and retention of customers in your market. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to action on key market opportunities. Present monthly deep dives on market performance with key stakeholders on the global leadership team. Drive the overall Market strategy in your region, capitalizing on growth opportunities and achieving business objectives. Manage the progression of every metro in your market to the optimized maturity state where supply and demand are self-fulfilling, achieving dominant market share and brand position. Your Areas of Expertise:. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. 5-7 years of marketplace management experience with much of that background in related operational or customer-facing roles: customer success, customer support, marketing, or business intelligence with revenue and growth-based goals, preferably in the dual-sided a Marketplace. Exceptionally customer-centric with a passion for working directly with Taskers and Clients, especially to ensure that our customer’s task experiences are flawless every time.. Strong leadership, analytical, and communications skills; executive presence. Strong analytical skills with experience in Looker or Tableau, and ultimately, the ability to translate data into actionable initiatives that improve Market health and drive business results. Track record of delivering on business plans and budgets. Ability to establish credibility inside Operations and across key functional areas like Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Business Intelligence, advocating effectively for the needs of your market and customers. Compensation & Benefits:. At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable.  total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + . benefits + perks. .. The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $136,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
