The Marketing Strategy + Ops team is looking for an experienced Sr Manager, Marketing Program Management, Brand + Creative to own, build and manage the creative projects and workflows for the marketing team, and ensure processes are scalable. They are also in charge of leading marketing creative projects to reach all company objectives in a timely manner, measuring the performance, and making recommendations for future improvements. This role will work across marketing and closely with other Ops leaders, including the Creative Operations Manager.. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, this role will own the entire end-to-end workflow of the campaign creative processes for the marketing team including all aspects of design, motion, video, and content. They will be responsible for ensuring all requirements are gathered with a clear creative brief for creative production requests and will manage high-touch creative projects through the project lifecycle from planning timelines to final in-market delivery. This role will also be responsible for the prioritization of work for the creative teams and using the Scrum methodology, and escalating risks to delivery. . The ideal candidate will be familiar with creating a successful creative brief for the team, and understand the balance of managing the creative team like an agency in an in-house setting. . What we're looking for:. 7+ years of professional project/ program management experience, in an agency or in-house marketing environment. 4+ years of indirect people management experience. Experience with creating processes or operational frameworks and working with project management tools . Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred. Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results. Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented. Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues, juggle multiple programs, and prioritize. High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment. Proven ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity. What you can expect:. Activates and manages end-to-end creative and brand projects across multiple campaigns with online and offline deliverables. Owns the creation and management of creative workflows, processes, and overall operational cadences. Builds and manages the foundations of the workflow, tooling, processing incoming marketing creative project requests from across 1Password, in addition to marketing specific requests. Closely partners upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met. Manages laterally with creative, content and brand on timely execution of core assets and with delivery management on execution of derivatives, versions, and translations. Ensures timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and sees through analytics and retrospectives post-campaign launch. Manages day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution. Communicates strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensures information is available and complete. Populates agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-pro, and review meetings. Proactively identifies program risks early on and provides mitigation strategies. Monitors and advocates process; identifies gaps/improvements to work more efficiently. Demonstrates ownership/investment in the work; has clear understanding of business goals. Has a good understanding of budget; tracks program budgets and facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and Production if/when costs impact design &/or budget. Deep understanding of marketing goals and success metrics and support to identify priorities within the creative project work and therefore supports the prioritization and moving the marketing campaign work along based on the marketing roadmap, and keeps everyone focused on the most important work to drive the business forward.
