The Operations team is the centerpiece of Accruent’s ability to enable revenue. From managing the core business data to collaborating with nearly every department, this team gets to understand the ins and outs of how the company operates on a daily basis. The Account Receivable Analyst position is an integral part of Accruent’s Operations team, which is responsible for validating agreements, process billing and resolve customer issues. The AR Analyst coordinates and collaborates with the Collections, Customer Success and Renewals teams regularly as part of Accruent’s Operations Unit..  . How you'll make a difference:. · Manage AR Invoice email inbox.. · Processing customer setup forms.. · Ensure invoice processing is performed timely and accurately.. · Entry and audit of invoices into ERP system.. · Research and dispute resolution.. · Work and communicate directly with customers to improve billing expectations.. · Review and maintain customer information.. · Assist revenue manager with identifying monthly accruals.. · Maintain accounts receivable files and records.. · Propose credit memos for adjusting customer accounts..  . You'll stand out if you:. · Have an excellent customer-centric and partnership focus.. · Have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or operations.. · Have an experience knowledge of Microsoft Suite products with strong Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite.. · Have an experience in the high-tech industry..  .
