What You Will Do:. Support admin activities requiring coordination across multiple teams (Finance, operations, partner, legal and engineer teams) in the organisation. Data collection for internal ticketing system. Proving support and liaising with clients in EMEA as well as working on partners invoices and purchase orders.. Creating Vendor forms for new clients as well as onboarding / documentation . What you’ll bring. Attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French. Ability to tackle tough problems with a solution-oriented mindset. Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals. Key Requirements. Bilingual in English and French. Prior experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, & G-suite would be advantageous. 2+ years of work experience in administrative role within Tech is a plus
