Monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM performance by working with analytics and other cross-functional teams to dig out insights for driving performance uplift globally. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Loyalty Marketing promoting a B2C product. Hands-on experience in marketing cloud/marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable. Experience handling large datasets to generate actionable insights through the use of Google Analytics or SQL. A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
