Education. : An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Experience. : A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in direct people management and a proven excellence in managing engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications. Technical Savvy. : Demonstrated proficiency in programming, with a strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software design. Agile Enthusiast. : Experience working in an agile development environment. Remote Ready. Fear not, for this role is the epitome of flexibility, with typically no more than 15% travel on the horizon. How You’ll Be Rewarded. ✅ Salary range in the US: $120,000.00 - $204,000.00. ✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually. ✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. ✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
