Senior Anaplan Model Builder, Workforce Planning HubSpot. As a Senior Anaplan model builder within the Workforce Strategy & Planning team, you will act as a trusted partner to our internal team and help ensure that we meet HubSpot’s talent goals through data-driven workforce planning. You will work closely with the Team’s Operations Lead to drive best practices across our Anaplan planning module, partner with other data teams, and help build the foundation for connected headcount planning. This role will have a direct impact on how HubSpot continues to grow our workforce to best support our customers. As such, you can expect to have high-visibility and touch-points with HubSpot’s most senior leaders.. In this role, you'll get to:. Make a direct impact on HubSpot’s talent goals and strategy. Drive the technical execution of the workforce planning solution (Anaplan) for the planning team (end-to-end model building, page design, and engine optimization). Be a key member in driving Anaplan UAT, implementation, and adoption. Build complex models and help design and enhance solutions and underlying processes to optimize Anaplan performance and user experience. Assist with data integration activities to downstream systems and access management. Coordinate with key teams (e.g. People Analytics, HRIS, Finance, Flywheel Operations and others) to ensure alignment and continuity between operational plans and growth goals in models. Enhance overall forecast/plan governance to ensure that the workforce planning process is operationalized and executed in a systematic manner, provide guidance and recommendations to address cross-functional governance issues. Assist with delivering Anaplan training and support; ensuring key users have the resources and dynamic workspace they need to operate the forecast tools / models and produce the deliverables of accountability. Partner with other internal Anaplan experts to create a community of practice (shared expertise) with ultimate goal of creating an Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) model at HubSpot. We are looking for people with:. 6 years of professional experience in a corporate setting (ideally high-growth SaaS). 4+ years experience using Anaplan to build efficient and effective planning models utilized by end stakeholders. Anaplan model certifications (minimum Level 3) with aspirations to grow into solution architecture role. Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment and interacting with a broad range of stakeholders (from ICs to C-Suite). Ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs and create pragmatic and innovative solutions for complex business problems. Experience designing data tools and solutions with a focus on end-user experience. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data to help solve complex business questions.
