In this role, you'll take charge of moving our clients' data from their old platforms to ours, a task that involves coordination, accuracy checks, scheduling, and execution. Lead the end-to-end process of data migration, from initial planning to the final push of the "red button.". Work closely with clients and our team, including CRM and payment system reps, to gather and verify all necessary data files.. Determine the best times for migration, setting schedules that work for all parties involved.. Ensure clear, ongoing communication with everyone involved to keep the process transparent and address any concerns.. Handle software related to data migration confidently, even if you're not coming from a programming background..  . Skills and Qualifications:. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, as you'll be dealing extensively with clients and our internal team.. Solid technical skills, especially with standard software packages used in data migration.. Experience in managing complex projects, keeping track of all the moving parts without dropping the ball..
