Director - Paid Marketing Figma. As the Director of Paid Marketing at Figma, you will oversee a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond. This role will be key in helping us tackle some of the most exciting problems, unlocking new opportunities, and creating an environment where our teams can do their best work. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you'll do at Figma:. Lead a team of media experts dedicated to optimizing our presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, affiliate programs, and beyond.. Be strategic in identifying opportunities to drive growth through paid marketing, but also be comfortable diving in deep into platforms and data to unlock growth opportunities.. Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to support building campaigns that fit the needs of every region. . Assess and build inhouse talent where necessary and partner with media agencies as needed. . We’d love to hear from you if you have:. 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high growth company.. 2+ years managing a team of direct reports . Experience in building global paid marketing campaigns.. Experience managing a $xxM media budget with clear visibility into payback period.. While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Experience in Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and/or Display. In-house experience is preferred . Experience in PLG organizations.
