Well, we are looking for a Principal Campaign Manager to join our incredible Demand Generation Team. The ideal candidate has a scrappy, experimental mindset, sales collaboration experience and enjoys working within 6Sense to mine data for intent signals in order to inform both paid and non-paid channel strategy.. You will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and will be responsible for generating revenue with our enterprise sales team.. A day in the life of a Principal Campaign Manager at Calendly. You will drive revenue via many opportunistic experimentations that will inform and scale your campaign go-to-market strategy.  You will use your passion for mining data for intent signals in order to inform both paid and non-paid channels. You will not only use data to inform decisions and strategy, but you will use your expertise to turn numbers into stories. You will have a constant pulse on your area of the business, drive collaboration across teams and will deliver results! . On a typical day, . you. will be working on: . Uncovering opportunistic experiments sourced from 6Sense data, technology alliances, market trends, sales collaboration and more in order to drive revenue for the enterprise sales motion . Creating an experimental strategy: framework, testing schedule, hypotheses, reporting, define and implement repeatable processes for scale. Generating net-new and/or amplify activities across marketing including teams like webinar, F2F events, content, channel and more. Collaborating with the Senior Paid Media Manager on paid channels - 6sense display and paid social - to optimize performance, run experiments and craft a story from data. Collaborating with the Enterprise sales team to align on priorities, uncover experimental opportunities, surface first/third-party data and more. Collaborating with the Senior Campaign Manager, PLG to uncover areas of opportunity for SLG and PLG motions to feed one another. Owning the state of your business - account engagement, budget management, pipeline health. Tracking program results, measure success and report metrics to varying stakeholders across the business like CMO, Head of Sales and more. What do we need from you?. 7- 10+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS GTM marketing experience - a huge plus if at a company that has both PLG and SLG functions. Experience managing a budget, ROI analysis and exceeding pipeline/revenue goals. Experience driving revenue with non-paid channels . Experience working with sales on all levels - VP through AE. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Self-starter, creative mindset to think creatively and generate experimental ideas. A natural curiosity to understand how things work and connect - like lead scoring, lead routing, the MarTech stack and more. Exceptional communication and presentation skills - knowing how to pivot the content based on the audience and create stories out of data. Ability to be adjust prioritize and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
