We are looking for a senior, experienced Benefits Lead to oversee the design and management of our global benefits programs. You’ll be a key partner of the Total Rewards team to launch/implement new benefits programs, manage relationships with vendors, and serve as a subject matter expert to our stakeholders and employees. . Oversee design, implementation, and administration of our global benefits, including Medical, Retirement, and Wellness programs and policies.. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new benefits or enhancements to existing programs. . Serve as the primary contact for benefits brokers and vendors, ensuring accountability and plan effectiveness.. Manage the annual renewal and open enrollment process. Evaluate performance, costs, and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations and creative solutions.. Manage our Fringe, Wellness, and Voluntary offerings to ensure the overall well-being of our employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and partner with Finance to monitor usage and spend.. Ensure compliance with all applicable country and local laws and regulations. Update our programs and policies to align with regulatory changes as needed.. Provide clear and engaging communications to educate employees on their benefits package.. As our next Benefits Lead, you should have 7+ years in Benefits at a fast-paced company, plus:. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years owning the design and implementation of large-scale benefit programs and policies, globally.. Strong ability to toggle between strategic planning, customer focused, and hands-on operational excellence.. Experienced and comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.. Strong change management experience, navigating communications and training across a global organization.. Excellent interpersonal communication, personally accountable and promotes a documented process-oriented approach.. Have the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and connect with key stakeholders.. Experience working with Rippling or Workday.. Strong project management experience. . 💰Compensation. For US-based applicants:. . $155,000/year to $190,000/year + benefits + stock options. The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity in the form of stock options.. 🎁 Benefits.
