What you will own:. Reporting to the Financial Control Finance Manager, you will: . Manage a number of monthly accounting processes;. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and pro-actively investigate any discrepancies;. Work with stakeholders across the business to make accounting processes more efficient;. Learn our accounting policies and ensure they are correctly applied in our accounting records;. Support financial audits by providing accurate and timely information to auditors;. Provide variance analysis on areas of responsibility, identifying the cause and any potential further impact;. Deliver ad hoc analysis to support the wider Financial Control team.. What you bring to the table: . Strong interest in a career in accountancy;. High quality numeracy, with good attention to detail;. Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal;. Good knowledge and some experience of IT (documents, presentations, spreadsheets);. Knowledge of accounting and business concepts, with some experience.
