Senior Change Manager - People Operations (Strategic Projects) HubSpot. POS-13691. To support that effort, HubSpot is looking for a Senior Change Manager for our global People Ops team.. In this role, you will lead and implement change management and communication strategies stemming from the People Ops organization. These projects are aligned to our strategic objectives, are high priority, and impact large employee populations (ex: all employees, all people managers, etc.).  . This role reports to the Senior Manager of Strategic Project within the Strategic Projects team in People Ops. This is an individual contributor role and this role is remote eligible..  . In this role, you’ll get to:. Own and lead the change management plan and interventions for key initiatives (aligned to our most impactful organizational goals) to align critical stakeholders and ensure timeliness of key deliverables. Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the change management and communications approach, leveraging this data to inform continuous improvement on future initiatives. Work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to drive business outcomes through coaching and modeling change leadership behavior. Build consistency and drive adoption of how we use change management tools and  Asana in the People Ops team to work more efficiently and collaboratively. Flex into strategic project management as the need arises by the project slate and team. We are looking for people who:. Have 6+ years of proven experience leading complex change projects. Have experience working within a Human Resources function OR have experience leading change management programs for a Human Resources audience. Can easily flex between thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to get stuff done. Are exceptionally strong communicators (written, verbal, and presentation skills). Impeccable attention to detail. Demonstrate high accountability and ownership. Are comfortable with ambiguity.
