Implementation Consultant (Salesforce Certified) Litify. Litify is built on the best-in-class Salesforce Platform and we’re seeking to bring an Implementation Consultant to be an integral part of our growing Services team.. This individual will be primarily engaging in hands-on configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce) in order to onboard our clients, set them up for success on Litify, and ensure a timely and smooth go-live on their projects.. In this role, you will:. Report to an Engagement/Project Manager on the project and owning the hands-on implementation cycle of clients . Attend and participate in regular calls and interaction with our clients (law firms) directly. Partner closely within your project teams and the broader services teams on discovering, designing, building, testing and deploying Litify solutions or extensions of the Salesforce platform. Bring a curious mindset to customer engagements and gathering requirements to match customer needs. Present your solutions to your customers and technical designs to your peers. Support our people to be more successful by identifying best practices and helping others learn and benefit from your discoveries. We require:. 1-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, either as an Administrator or a Consultant. 1+ years experience with Salesforce Automation. Strong Flow knowledge is required, with emphasis on record triggered flows, collections, loops, and working with and configuring 3rd party lightning components. Expertise in setting up users, profiles and roles in the Salesforce platform. Experience conducting data migration from CSV, SOQL or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using various tools such as the Apex Data Loader. Experience configuring reports and dashboards in the Salesforce platform. Experience with Click Development in the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, flows. Experience installing and Click Configuration of certain AppExchange applications. Ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team to solve client-related inquiries and problems. Start-up qualities: self-starter, autonomous, driven, motivated, and hungry. Understanding of the Salesforce product and command of Cloud-based systems a plus. Nice to have: . Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401 a plus.
