We are hiring a Program Quality Manager  to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives. . What you'll be doing:. Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the program’s life-cycle. The QPM works closely with the Program Manager and leads the implementation of the program's Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP). Devises performance standards and works with program leadership and the customer to ensure the standards(qualitative and technical) are met. Gathers metrics and reports to the customer against these defined metrics. Oversees and manages programs that meet specific quality standards. You will develop and implement processes designed to ensure consistent quality across all aspects of a project, from planning to delivery. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. . What you’ll bring:. 5+ years of experience working in a software development environment. You are detail-oriented with strong communication skills, possessing a deep understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.. Experience as a lead or manager. Experience developing and implementing or supporting SLAs. Experience managing the implementation and execution of program quality requirements. Experience working with government senior level and/or executive level leadership.. Experience developing and implementing quality assurance surveillance plans (QASP) for government customers.. An understanding of and execution against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).. Ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.. Familiarity with standard quality methodologies, capable of recommending usage and modification to generate process improvement.. Requirements:. Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically .
