JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to exceed our customers' expectations.  The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working directly with our utility customers to implement cutting-edge enterprise applications.. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the following:. Implementation. Requirement gathering with clients . Configure, test, and tune integrations with 3rd party software. These integrations could be file-based, API driven, or consist SQL Server stored procedures. Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-on integrations such as Azure and Okta. Assist clients with configuration of users, user roles, and security within SpryPoint applications, with a focus on best practices and repeatability. Perform Integration and Security testing and assist customers with User Acceptance Testing. Providing support to the customer during Go Live and post-implementation stabilizationAssist project management team in continuous improvement efforts to optimize our implementation methodologies. Work with development and dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutions. Documentation. Assist in the creation of customer-specific training documents. Document issues encountered during testing and acceptance phases . Maintain project-related documentation including issues logs, configuration guides and test cases. Maintain and enhance knowledgebase of internal best practices . QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES. 3+ years of experience working with enterprise software. Experience with configuration of Azure or Okta single sign-on. Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and permissions. Proven ability to work closely with clients both virtually and in person. Knowledge of File Transfer technology (SFTP protocols). Experience with Esri GIS integrations would be a plus. Technical Skills:. Strong understanding of relational databases & SQL in particular. Experience working with Azure or Okta SSO. Knowledge of File Transfer technology (SFTP protocols). Understanding of modern development and deployment methodologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure. Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST. Knowledge of security protocols and principles would be a plus. Competencies:. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in what can be a high-pressure environment.. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely.. Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and open-minded to change.. Comprehensive understanding of implementation methodologies of complex software implementations..
