As a key member of the Marketing Operations and Global Demand Engine teams, you will play a hands-on, critical role in Marketing Operations execution, Marketing Operations innovation, and program management of key projects and processes that are vital to Elastic’s ability to deliver on our promise of Free and Open.. What You Will Be Doing:. Handle daily marketing automation activities and track progress of operational requests coming from the marketing team. Implement and develop Marketo campaigns that support each business line’s demand generation strategy and ensure accurate lead flow. Handle and ensure data quality in systems. Responsible to track, measure, and report on the (global) campaign, email and event performance. Ability to handle multiple partners at once. Project handle new initiatives or updates to current processes to include tracking project progress against milestones, results, risks, and dependencies. Communicate project status and keep direct and indirect partners adequately informed and engaged. Assist in the distribution of internal communication vehicles, including updating and maintaining Monday boards, Wiki, MADS Hub, and Marketing Playbook. What You Bring With You:. Proven marketing automation experience (2+ yrs). Excellent time management. Strong attention to detail. Experience with Marketo or similar automation tool, Salesforce.com. Optional: Splash, Monday.com, ON24, Zoom, Cvent, Qualtrics . Proficient in Google suite of products. Willing to learning new tools and develop new skills. Experience with Project management fundamentals. Experience with Marketing or Sales Operations. Writes optimally using various styles to address different needs and audiences. Enthusiastic teammate with the ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with key partners. Familiar with basic marketing concepts (campaigns, leads). Experience working with remote and global teams and in a matrix organization.
