This role will partner with our Sr. Brand Copywriter and will create work for different teams and mediums across our global HubSpot brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of language and know how to write engaging copy that moves a variety of audiences to action. They’ll know how to write killer headlines (lots and lots of them); churn out thumb-stopping social copy; propose strategically sound and attention-grabbing ideas; and craft clear, concise, and human web copy. Simply put, they; should know-how to rite good. And they should have a strong grammatical toolbox to identify everything that’s wrong with the previous sentence, and never write anything like it, themselves. A portfolio showcasing these skills is essential. Attention to detail, excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-through are also all vital for success in this role.. In This Role You’ll Get To:. Write for mid-and-top funnel brand and product campaigns — including direct response. Create headlines for marketing campaigns and product launches . Work side by side our Sr. Brand Copywriter reviewing all manner of brand copy across many verticals. Uplevel our current brand copy across marketing. Collaborate with internal and external agency partners, creatives, and marketing stakeholders to create best-in-brand content . Take a global mindset in your content development. Create and define copy across numerous projects at the same time . The Role Must Have:. 1-3 years of copywriting experience. Ability to connect the dots between consumer storytelling techniques and engaging business audiences — and understand business decision makers as consumers. A track record of creating breakthrough content for brands. A strong consumer of culture that knows what's currently happening in the world of content creation. Awareness of global trends and cultural differences in creative work. A desire to learn, grow, and collaborate. Ability to work East Coast hours (EST). Some nice-to-haves for the role:.
