We are expanding our team and looking for consultative and strategic Conversational AI Designers to help us guide enterprise and commercial clients on strategy, design, and tuning of Conversational User Experiences powered by current AI technology.  . As a member of our team, our clients will look to you as their resident expert on Conversation Design. In addition to delivering a “customer-worthy” conversational experience, you’ll be expected to educate clients and colleagues on conversational best practices, optimization techniques, and user-centered design principles.. You’ll also be expected to tune existing automated experiences, diagnose issues, and present targeted data-backed recommendations that make sound business sense. . What skills you’ll need:. We highly value integrity, dedication, and a collaborative spirit. 2+ years consulting with enterprise clients, with strong ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders. 1-2 years working with AI-powered Natural Language platforms including Amazon Lex, Google CCAI, Rasa, . Kore.ai. , Nuance Mix, IBM Watson, LivePerson or others. Native-level fluency in both English and North American Spanish is an absolute must have. Experience designing user experiences for a mix of analog and digital channels. Understanding of Large Language Model technology (LLMs), including the ability to conceive user experiences using Generative AI. Strong diagnostic reasoning and analytical skills, including the ability to use data to inform and justify your design decisions, diagnostic findings, and recommended solutions. Training in User-Centered Design principles and experience conducting User Research . Experience with modern flow-design tools such as Lucidchart, VoiceFlow, and Miro. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Nice to have: 1+ years in UX writing or microcopy . Nice to have: Experience with Call Center management and optimization . Minimum: Bachelor’s level degree in a related field. What you can expect:. The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $ 110K to $135K.  Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill levels.
