Relevant Experience:. 5 Years. . Job Summary: . . The Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Techno–Functional Analyst will have strong functional background with Oracle Core HR configuration, overall systems navigation and understanding how foundation data renders on employee records. Some technical experience will be required to support reporting and integration testing. These skills will be used to support of our large project initiative in bringing Oracle HCM cloud online as we transition from PeopleSoft.. . .. . Responsibilities/Qualifications:. . · . Hands-on experience in configuration and/or maintenance of Core HR including Autocomplete rules, Transaction design studio, Journeys, and approvals.. . · . Understanding of data structures and table relationships to build, maintain and/or troubleshoot queries, reports, or integrations.. . · . Experience with OTBI and BIP reports.. . · . Assist in writing test-plans/scripts and assist with testing of configurations.. . · . Experience supporting Quarterly upgrades and Refreshes.. . · . Understanding of the cross-module dependencies (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Learn, Benefits). . . . Salary and Other Compensation:. . Applications will be accepted until 06/06/2024.. . The annual salary for this position is between $94,200/Year to $117,700/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.. . This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.. .
