In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging microlearning content, courses, and certifications from start to finish, and facilitating interactive live engagements for our customers and partners. Your expertise in creating impactful technical educational content, sharing knowledge about the HubSpot customer platform, and contributing to our customer education strategy will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and success.. In this role, you’ll get to:. Design educational content from start to finish that meets the learning needs of our technical audiences and the business needs of HubSpot.. Bring new ideas, examples, technology, and approaches to developing technical educational content. . Conduct data analysis of educational content to define areas of success and improvement..
