TeamSnap is looking for a . Product Marketing Manager. with innovative ideas, a passion for bringing great B2C products to market, and energized by understanding the youth sports market. Understanding our customers and assisting with go-to-market programs will be the key responsibilities of the role. This role will report to the Senior Director of Consumer Product Marketing & Strategy and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics to grow our consumer businesses. . Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans for product and feature launches and strategic commerce partnerships . Assist in the creation of product value propositions that will resonate with our consumer audience, and guide our marketing messaging.. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to segment the market and influence strategic decision-making. Work closely with analytics to develop actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of the customer through consumer insights, competitive analysis and market research before and during the product development process to influence and inform product strategy. Develop deep product fluency relative to industry competitors. Aid in the overall success of TeamSnap for Teams by increasing customer engagement, product usage, customer acquisition, and customer retention. What Will Set You up for Success:. 5 or more years of related experience in product marketing, market research, and/or marketing in B2C tech. Hands-on product marketing experience with B2C products, subscription products, and/or content strategy. Passionate about market insights with customer research, product knowledge, and buyer and user personas. Experience in marketing programs, studying data, and sharing insights as recommendations. Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns. Experience with TeamSnap or youth sports tech is a strong plus, but not required. Proven ability to write positioning statements as well as feature and benefit messaging. Operates autonomously and with minimal supervision. Takes ownership of outcomes. Got cold feet? Compensation. We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $100,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. . 🖥 Location. TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.. 🚀 Opportunities to Grow.
