Senior Communications Program Manager HubSpot. POS-P123. HubSpot’s Internal Comms team aims to deliver powerful communications that inspire HubSpotters to do their best work. We see this as an integral force in advancing the People Operations’ team mission of attracting and empowering people to do their best work and grow better. We’re looking to hire a talented and experienced Senior Communications Program Manager to join our team!. The Senior Communications Program Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, and will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies in support of our Flywheel (think Go-To-Market) and People Operations (POPs) teams. This includes helping oversee the comms operating system for these groups, partnering with select leaders on their internal platforms, driving clarity on some of our most complex initiatives across our global teams, and coordinating key meetings and events. At its core, there are elements of executive communications, change communications, and overall communications program management.. In this role, you will: . Own, lead and execute the internal comms strategies for our Flywheel and POPs teams. This includes ensuring we have the right operating system (e.g. Town Halls, Manager Meetings, Intranet spaces, newsletters, email/Slack) in place to help keep our teams informed and inspired … and helping keep it remarkable over time. Act as a communications advisor and trusted partner to our Flywheel leaders; and be a dedicated Comms POC for our Chief People Officer on her internal platform and engagements. Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders on making sure communications around Flywheel or POPs-specific strategic initiatives are landing as intended. Create compelling content – be it presentations, speaking points, internal announcements, videos – through strong writing, storytelling, and design. Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. We are looking for candidates who have:. At least 5 years of experience in an internal communications or public relations role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on driving clarity and inclusion. Extensive experience working with complexity, where you can identify and drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders and many moving parts. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring operational excellence. A strong collaborator across multiple departments, teams, leadership levels, and backgrounds. Ghostwriting experience working closely with leaders. Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information.
