Manager, Software Engineering - Design to Production Figma. We are looking to grow our team of Engineering Managers to support various aspects of our design- to-production product experiences, a core part of our Editor engineering pillar area. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners from product, design, research, and data to not just shape how a product gets built, but also what to build and how to bring it to market.. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you'll do at Figma:. Manage and support a team of product engineers focused on building and expanding Figma’s design to production product experiences. . Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions.. Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions.. Recruit, mentor and retain high performing engineers (and help with other cross functional roles). You’ll foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and taking calculated risks.. We’d love to hear from you if you have:. 2+ years of experience managing software engineers working on products used by external users.. A proven track record of building products (both as a manager and individual contributor) that are best in class in user experience.. A relentless focus on business impact through product & engineering excellence.. Demonstrated leadership skills in building a high-performing and highly engaged engineering team; including mentoring, and growing senior engineers..
