We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zendesk Developer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Zendesk solutions.. What you can expect to do:. Design and architect Zendesk solutions to meet the organization's customer service and support requirements.. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes.. Configure and customize Zendesk features, including ticketing, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.. Develop and maintain Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools.. Optimize Zendesk configurations for scalability, performance, and usability.. Provide technical guidance and best practices to support teams and end users.. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk configuration, integrations, and functionality.. Stay current with Zendesk platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.. What we are looking for:. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.. Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator or Architect, with a deep understanding of Zendesk configuration and customization.. Strong proficiency in Zendesk configuration, including triggers, automations, workflows, and reporting.. Experience developing Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools.. Solid understanding of customer service and support processes and best practices.. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels..
