Measured is a 100% remote-first company with employees located all around the world.. Summary. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst with strong Python expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing data, develop models and provide actionable insights to enhance our marketing strategies.. Responsibilities:. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.. Utilize Python to process and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality.. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.. Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.. Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing ROI.. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and datascience.. Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.. Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.. Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.. Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and their data structures.. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.. Experience with machine learning techniques and tools is a plus.. Experience with big data technologies is a plus.. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
