The IT Systems Analyst delivers the first line of IT helpdesk support, handling tier 1 requests. As a member of the IT team, they work to ensure that Bishop Fox systems and assets are running efficiently and securely. . Responsibilities.  . Provide helpdesk support by providing quick and effective customer service with all IT systems.. Guide users through system configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance remotely. Create documentation to provide guidance with processes and procedures. Troubleshoot basic automation . Manage/audit user access to data and systems. Perform information security review activities. Track, order, and manage company assets. Perform user administration through the complete lifecycle (creation through disablement). Various day-to-day tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.  . Requirements.  . Associate or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field OR 2+ years equivalent relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience in desktop support. Customer service experience required. Provides excellent customer service to internal customers and vendors. Navigate requests with flexibility and calm. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excels at building professional trust and maintaining confidentiality. Team player mentality with the ability to work as a self-motivated individual contributor. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent time management skills and focus.  .
