A program coordinator is a full-time entry level professional position that drives sales and growth initiatives primarily in BSNA with some global outreach from planning and to executing.  The program coordinator will also prepare and coordinate executive level presentations. Support the overall adoption of the Centers of Excellence across BSNA organization with a growth mindset. . This is a remote based position and can be located anywhere in the US. . Ensuring that all aspects of an initiative are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.. Maintaining and monitoring initiative plans, schedules, and achievement of milestones. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Supervising current initiatives and coordinating all team members to keep workflow on track.. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and define new growth initiatives.. Facilitating change in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment. ​. Serving as point of communication and change agent between company teams and external resources. ​. How will you do it:. Driving Adoption and Growth. Establish ties to all BSNA sub-regions across JCI’s product and offering, to support solutions and pre-sales engineering to the respective sales teams and win with our customers. Help communicate awareness of the COE deliverables & capabilities and better enable the enterprise sales support by expanding global COE network.. Standardize and Deliver. Drive consistent process through the COE Network to ensure simplifications, repeatable process, efficiencies, and workload balancing are scalable and implemented throughout the enterprise. Be an advocate for COE capabilities, understanding issues and opportunities by product type and supporting the execution of sales support optimization programs. Identifies best sales support practices and shares the propagation of these practices throughout the business. Supports the evaluations to identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving strategic and financial objectives.. Important KPIs. Efficiency: GCOE Utilization, Opportunity volume and Cost per proposal Yield: Win-rate, Abandoned rate, Secured volumes Throughput velocity: Cycle times, On-time delivery, Quality metrics.. General. Support Executive leadership in BCC, Functional reviews, and Deep dives. Liaise with managers and clients to define initiative requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals. Maintain review cadence with teams, manage data hygiene and monitor dashboards. Analyze initiative progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results. Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities. Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices while sharing learnings. Demonstrating business diplomacy and the ability to handle difficult situations.. What we look for:. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field Three or more years of experience in program coordination from conception to delivery preferably within a commercial organization Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification (recommended but not required). Ability to operate with a high level of ambiguity tolerance and entrepreneurial spirit with minimal supervision.. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management. Experience in coordinating teams.. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.. Strong influencing and teamwork skills Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.. Ability to own, drive and run new projects..
