Manage, coach, and empower a team of Product Managers to deliver exceptional results.. Align product strategies with group and company objectives, driving innovation and execution to achieve strategic goals.. Play a key role in critical business initiatives, identifying and evaluating product opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.. Communicate vision, strategy, and progress effectively across teams and stakeholders, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration.. Act as the central decision-maker for the Product group, navigating trade-offs and resolving escalations to ensure progress.. Set best practices and culture for product at Grow: You'll help cultivate a culture of product excellence and continuous improvement.  Requirements. 8+ years of product management experience with 2+ years of management experience (startup, marketplace and healthcare experience is also a plus but not required). Collaborative. You have experience working with other product managers, designers, and engineering teams. User Empathy. You relish talking to users, understanding their unique pain points, and using that deep understanding to build products from first principles. . Scrappy. You’ll do anything to achieve your goal.
