Cresta is seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to act as a strategic business partner to our growing pre and post-sales teams, encompassing Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. This role will guide the operationalization of Cresta's customer and sales journeys through systemic and process improvements, creating a stable, scalable foundation for our GTM team members. The ideal candidate will be data-informed, adept at evaluating the impact of data flow across systems, and focused on enhancing the health of our customer base and the efficiency of our pre-sales motion.. The Revenue Operations Manager reports directly to the VP, Go-To-Market Operations and collaborates closely with team members to ensure seamless data flow across Cresta’s infrastructure. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, with a keen attention to detail, and can work in an agile environment with two-week sprints, will excel in this role..  . Responsibilities:. Collaborate with business leadership to transform GTM strategies into well-designed and executed operations.. Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, working together to explore and implement feasible near-term and long-term solutions.. Develop playbooks and success plans to optimize customer engagement and sales processes.. Continuously innovate the capabilities of the GTM Engine, including customer health, renewal/churn forecasting, delivery forecasting, capacity modeling, and territory planning.. Administer variable compensation plans for our GTM team members.. Set up and manage integrations between Salesforce and other 3rd party systems, ensuring cohesion across the GTM tech stack.. Increase transparency cross-functionally between post-sales, sales, and the rest of the GTM team by leveraging standardized metrics, reporting, and dashboards.. Educate and train pre and post-sales teams on our tools through comprehensive training, documentation, and open lines of communication.. Implement data governance best practices and processes for maintaining customer and sales data.. Produce clear, concise process documentation for core GTM processes.. Qualifications We Value. A strong desire to learn and problem-solve.. Execute like a pro and act as a strategic advisor.. 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations and/or Sales Operations.. Advanced administration of CS tools.. Administration of Salesforce CRM preferred.. Experience building out customer journeys and sales processes.. Basic understanding of agile methodology..
