Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary.. Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.. Project-level resource assignment and scheduling.. Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements.. Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.. Run all team ceremonies and meetings. Drive resolution of production issues.. Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.. Requirements. Fluent in written and spoken English. Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.. Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum or waterfall framework. Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in working with UI/UX teams. Benefits. Quarterly and flash bonuses.
