The Manager, Data Operations . is primarily responsible for guiding the data team in the management of our data resources and continuous enhancement of our processes and practices. The Manager, Data oversees the evaluation of upcoming work, assessing scope and feasibility of projects, and ensuring that the team is working to complete all projects in a timely fashion. The Manager, Data is ultimately responsible for ensuring the . uptime of our applications and data infrastructure. in production as well as driving workload optimizations through the department. Partner with development teams to ensure we are delivering scalable, reliable and secure solutions. Communicate with all levels of the organization, often balancing competing priorities. Develop plans to achieve company and departmental goals. Drive incident response and manage . 24/7 . on-call rotation. Estimate effort and timeline on projects as designed. Architect and design solutions to complex systems. Evaluate advanced issues for customer-impacting issue resolution. Minimum Requirements. 2+. years of experience as a . people manager. 7-10 years of industry experience, with at least . 5 in production data. experience. 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft tech stack (. Azure, .Net, IIS, SQL Server,. etc.). Demonstrated success managing teams in a fast-growing environment. Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams. Experience with . Scrum or Kanban. practices. Experience managing a. 24/7 on-call rotation. in a . SaaS. -based environment. Ability to deep dive into technical challenges, architect solutions and get hands-on.
