Associate Product Marketing Manager - Go To Market Coalition, Inc.. About the role. We’re hiring a dynamic and collaborative Associate Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in communicating Coalition’s differentiated vision and value to our broker partners. This position operates at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, translating our offerings into compelling solutions that address broker and policyholder needs. The successful candidate will drive go-to-market strategies across regions, develop impactful marketing and business development campaigns, and provide crucial broker and customer insights to shape our product roadmap. Key outcomes include deepening broker relationships, increasing our share of wallet with brokers and insurance product submission pipeline, and informing strategic decisions across Marketing, Insurance, and Product teams through data-driven insights.. Responsibilities. Strategic Planning and Go-to-Market. Develop and implement regional go-to-market plans in alignment with overall company and marketing strategy.. Build deep expertise in our target markets and broker and customer segments.. Ensure campaign alignment across different channels and regions, maintaining consistent messaging while adapting to local market needs.. Provide competitive intelligence and analysis to inform marketing strategies, product roadmaps, and sales enablement efforts.. Manage field budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across regional marketing activities.. Content Development and Campaign Execution. Turn your knowledge into creative and compelling content to reach, engage and inspire our key audiences. . Plan, develop, execute, and follow up on marketing campaigns with regional go-to-market teams.. Monitor, report on, and respond to the performance of regional marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.. Cross-functional Collaboration and Enablement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—product managers, sales/business development, content marketing, design, PR, and engineering—to develop go-to-market strategies and drive launches for our growing product lines.. Create and implement strategies to enable Coalition’s customer-facing teams, including Business Development, Strategic Distribution, and Customer Success. Amplify the voice of the customer in your work and collaboration with the product and sales teams.. Support marketing efforts for insurance agency onboarding, affinity groups, and associations.. Skills and Qualifications. 2+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement supporting GTM teams. Experience with insurance is strongly preferred. Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and close attention to detail. Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling messaging, sales enablement, content, and campaigns throughout a product's lifecycle. Extremely self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic environment on multiple projects. Proven success working in a collaborative, team environment. Compensation. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
