Phi Labs is seeking a talented and motivated . Investor Relations Manager. to join our global team.. We are looking for self-starters and mission-driven individuals to join us as we expand Archway across Web3. The ideal candidate for this role takes initiative and ownership over their work, thrives in fast-paced and highly collaborative remote settings, and is capable of rapidly adapting to evolving needs as required. You'll be at the helm of investor relations, OTC, and treasury management for our team.  You will work closely with our operations team and CoS to engage investors, advisors, and new partners bring users such as;  capital providers/funds, exchanges, and wallets to the Archway. . Global work experience is required, specifically within Europe/APAC. Deep understanding of financial modeling valuation, investing, and investment management. 5+ years experience with a focus on investors relations and treasury management with equity and tokens. Master at processes, frameworks, deal funnels. Strong understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and traditional finance. Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts.
