Responsibilities. . · . Lead the implementation of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability and performance.. . · . Oversee the use of Dynatrace for monitoring and analyzing system performance metrics.. . · . Provide expertise in Performance Validation to ensure systems meet required performance standards.. . · . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.. . · . Develop and maintain automated monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address system issues.. . · . Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and implement corrective actions.. . · . Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems through continuous improvement practices.. . · . Implement best practices for incident management and response to minimize downtime.. . · . Create and maintain documentation for system performance and reliability processes.. . · . Mentor junior engineers in SRE practices and performance validation techniques.. . · . Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.. . · . Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.. . · . Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.. . Qualifications. . · . Possess strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.. . · . Have extensive experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.. . · . Demonstrate proficiency in Performance Validation techniques and tools.. . · . Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.. . · . Show experience in developing automated monitoring and alerting solutions.. . · . Have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.. . · . Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system performance issues.. . · . Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.. . · . The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 to 114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.. . This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.. .
