Solid understanding of email protocols, such as SMTP, POP, and IMAP. Familiarity with email security best practices, including spam filtering, antivirus protection, and encryption. Experience in troubleshooting email issues, diagnosing and resolving problems. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate email systems with other applications and platforms.
