As an Engineering Manager I at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL and more. The Creatives Library Team is building a full fledged library of dynamic creative assets and resources. This library will allow clients to store, host and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns on the platform. This library will also include creatives templates for clients to build quick off-the-shelf display ad creatives on the platform. We aim to reduce the need to integrate with expensive third party creative providers that charge on a CPM-basis, and provide a full-featured in-house solution.. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position. . What you'll be doing. Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 talented engineers within full-stack web engineering. Make a positive impact on the team's productivity and growth. Act as a hands-on manager and participate in project design and implementation. Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews. Plan and architect scalable web APIs and backend systems, and build UI components. Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure requirements and priorities align. Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high-performing candidates. Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved. We'll be reaching out to applicants that have. Proven track record of delivering results and leading growing high-impact teams. At least 5 years experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems in a successful high-growth technology company. At least 1 years of leadership experience with at least 3 direct reports, including essential people management experiences listed above. You have in-depth experience with. Typescript, React and GraphQL. You have experience working with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (eg.. Redux, Zustand, Jes. t). Experience scaling a .
