Build, mentor, grow, and lead a team of engineering professionals. Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Identify project risks, dependencies, and resources needed across complex initiatives. Use data to make decisions and influence your own team and stakeholders. What you’ll bring . Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. The ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people. Experience with navigating complex projects that have a business-wide impact.
