Your responsibility will be to oversee the work of a team of three finance analysts on our invoicing team. You will report to our Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for upholding and refining our internal invoicing processes. You will project-manage your team’s workstreams as well as check the work of your team. You will be responsible for understanding Panoptyc’s databases and making sure that calculations performed on them are correct and accurate. You will be responsible for delivering an accurate, reliable invoicing experience to our customers as well as providing accurate reporting information to our accounting team. You are comfortable working with and auditing large datasets of financial information with attention to detail and accuracy. You will be responsible for mentoring and growing your team. Examples of critical workstreams that your team oversees includes:. o   General invoicing. o   Invoicing escalation and invoice ticketing. o   Answering inquiries from Panoptyc’s accounting team. o   Maintaining calculation workbooks for enterprise customer discounting and renewals. o   Overdue collections. Education and Experience Requirements. Required experience:. At least 5 years of prior experience and 2 years of experience managing others. Prior work experience in finance or accounting setting. Bachelors or Associate’s college degree. Experience with excel and google sheets, including ability to manipulate and calculate large volumes of data. Proficient in English and experience collaborating with United States teams. Ability to pass international background check and provide references. Preferred experience:. Prior experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable function. Prior experience with Airtable, Stripe, Quickbooks, Zendesk. Job Details. Full-time (40 hours per week). Manager Level. Able to work in US time zones. Compensation. $8 - $10 USD per hour depending on experience
