The Bazaarvoice Client Services team is looking for candidates experienced with delivering Web technologies in a professional services capacity, delivering the scope of work in an allocated number of hours and days. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the client's projects including planning, design, implementation, configuration, data transformation, training, and transition to other teams.. The Technical Consultant (TC) proactively engages with our Clients throughout the length of their projects with the overall objective of getting Clients live with Bazaarvoice products in their environment, thereby decreasing the overall client Time to Value (TTV) to an absolute minimum. This is a hybrid role that incorporates both business and technical skills and experience. The role is primarily responsible for training, enablement and support to a Client’s business and technical teams on Bazaarvoice products, implementation best practices, and technical interdependencies. . What you'll be doing:. Performing product and platform implementation service projects. Technical and integration tasks to assist customers becoming operational on the Bazaarvoice platform. Consulting and supporting with the establishment KPI's. Technical design and configuration. Customer training and enablement. Technical data integration. Platform testing and troubleshooting. Necessary skills and experience:. 2+ years experience with Web 2.0 technologies (even better if this experience was in an e-Commerce environment). Previous professional experience coding or scripting for websites and or web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, etc.. Robust understanding of common programming and software development concepts. Strong technical troubleshooting skills using industry-accepted best-practices and tools . Proven experience collaborating with clients, understanding their objectives, and providing best practice guidance. Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role . The ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and business environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Associate Degree or equivalent. Nice to have:. Experience guiding SaaS clients through implementation and onboarding projects. Working in an Agile environment with an understanding of operating lean. The ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining high quality results . Coding school or boot camp certification . $65,000 - $75,000 a year. Transparency & Integrity Builds Trust. At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. That said, we expect the base salary for this position to be in the range to be as listed above and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
