Software Engineer - Revenue Growth Figma. The Revenue Growth group consists of two teams that focus on initiatives like upgrades and expansions. This engineer will join us to drive Figma’s self-serve revenue efforts. They will work closely with their Engineering Manager to drive the group's vision, lead major projects, and up-level the team’s cohesion and technical expertise. A successful individual for this role will be a team multiplier enabling the team to do more, all the while maintaining best engineering practices.. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Work on one of the most critical parts of our company’s goal, and it touches every aspect of our product. The impact will be highly visible. Take shared ownership of the product process. Every member of our team is involved from ideation to implementation. Take part in strategically reshaping our monetization plans. Build reliable and scalable systems and user experiences. Demonstrate technical leadership to uplevel engineering standards.. Help interview and recruit more hard working engineers to Figma.  . We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 5+ years working as a professional software engineer . 5+ years of professional experience shipping features or products. Experience communicating and working across functions. While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Experience in and a desire to mentor fellow engineers through pairing, code review, and in-the-moment feedback.. Experience in data-driven experimentation design and analytics.
